Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

Bluestones BPO (“we”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it and what we do with it. It is written to comply with the Republic of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and — because many of our visitors are in Europe — with the GDPR where it applies.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to provide: your name, company, work email address, the country of your head office, the service you are enquiring about, and your message. We ask for nothing else and we do not require an account.
Analytics, only if you consent. If analytics is enabled and you accept it in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 records aggregate usage — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, or if you never respond to the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. Consent Mode is configured to deny by default before any tag loads.
Server logs. This site is served as static files from GitHub Pages. GitHub processes request data, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site. See GitHub’s own privacy statement for that processing.
What we do not collect: payment details, identity documents, marketing profiles bought from third parties, or any special category data. We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or session recording.

We do not use enquiry data for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: deleted within 12 months.
- Enquiries that become engagements: retained under our engagement terms and the retention periods Korean law imposes on accounting and tax records.
- Analytics data: retained for the period configured in Google Analytics, and in aggregate form only.
Who else sees it
Only the people at Bluestones BPO who need to answer you. We use third-party services to operate the site — a static host, an email provider, and a form-processing service — and those providers process data on our instructions. We do not transfer personal information to any other third party for their own purposes.
Because our providers may operate outside Korea, replying to your enquiry may involve processing your information overseas. Where required, that transfer is made on the lawful basis applicable to it.
Your rights
Under PIPA and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct anything inaccurate
- delete it
- stop processing it
- provide it in a portable form
- withdraw consent you previously gave
Email info@bluestonesbpo.co.kr and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires. We will not ask you to justify the request.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Korea, the Personal Information Protection Commission; in the EU or UK, your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all unless you accept analytics in the banner. Details are in the cookie policy. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. It has no database, no login, and no user-generated content, which removes most of the attack surface a marketing site normally carries. Enquiry data is handled inside our normal firm systems, which are subject to the confidentiality obligations we owe every client.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the page itself rather than made silently.
