Tell us what you need
The most useful first message describes your situation rather than asking for a brochure. What entity you have in Korea, how many people, what is due, and what is worrying you.
We will reply within one Korean business day with something specific.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after I send an enquiry?
A person reads it — not an autoresponder sequence. Within one Korean business day you will get a reply that either answers the question directly or asks the two or three things we need to know before we can answer usefully. If your question has a short answer, you will get the short answer without a meeting. We do not think a discovery call is a reasonable price for a factual question.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. A first conversation about what your Korean entity needs, what the obligations are, and roughly what it costs to meet them is not billable. If the answer turns out to be that you do not need us, that is a useful outcome for both of us.
What information helps you give a useful answer quickly?
Four things: what entity type you have in Korea (or intend to have), how many people you employ here, what your fiscal year end is, and what is currently going wrong or coming up. With those we can usually be specific in the first reply rather than the third.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Our office is in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and we are happy to meet there or at your office. For overseas head offices we work by video across time zones — early Korean mornings suit European clients, late Korean afternoons suit the US west coast.
In what languages can we correspond?
English or Korean. Statutory filings and correspondence with Korean authorities are handled in Korean regardless; your side of the conversation can be in whichever of the two you prefer.
